Dear Saranya,
What you said, "We believe that candidates must match Companies, not the just jobs" is an excellent statement.
It would indeed help the company in the long run to employ personnel who match companies.
But in quantitative measures how do you really identify whether an applicant is truly matching the company?
Is it merely like how a person is normally interviewed fora job by testing his skills and how much training needs to be imparted to ensure that he does the job? or is it something more?
Can you give a detailed explanation with examples?
Thanks.
Regards,
Neel.
