Dear Mr.Naresh,
If you take care of the follg.minimum stipulations you will be achieving 50% marks:
1. Minimum wages
2. EPF/gratuity
3. ESI.
4. TDS
Ensure timely remittance of monthly contributions to authorities concerned, (collect/remit, file necessary forms/returns).
Next to follow are - leave, maintenance of stautory records, furnishing periodical returns to authorities.
