Dear Sir I am working as HR executive in a auto ancilary showroom. I want to change can any body answer what would be appropriate ans of the question, Why do you want to change? Regards Tupai

Dear Tupai,
There are several reasons or factors as to why does the employee wants to change from their current organisation...
Some of the reasons are mentioned below:
1. Not satisfied with the work profile as agreed upon at the time of interview
2. Remuneration
3. Change in designation (high grade)
4. Experience in different industry / company
5. No motivation at the current workplace.
The reason for change depends on an individual and cannot be recommended.

Hi Tupai,

The very first thing is that you need to give your genuine reason for leaving your current job. Second, it is depend on you. Some time people do not use their genuine reason and scared to disclose the same to the recruiters but what I believe is if you have a strong and valid reason to leave your current job, can give the same to the recruiters and im sure the recruiter will appreciate this honesty and candid behavior.

Well If I'd have to answer this question "why do you want to leave your current job," I would like say: "I'm actually doing quite well at that job, but I feel that I can't pass up this opportunity because it would allow me to broaden my experience into [whatever it is]". Also I have learned a lot with my past employer but felt like I needed new challenges. My favorite part of the job was …….. etc. And one more thing which is really important to keep in the mind that one must not say negative and something about Employer or anything like this, during any interview in response of this question, always positive, positive, positive.

Hi Tupai,
This is very simple, ask yourself what is the priority you are looking into. It may be better career, better designation, better salary, job security, better location etc. If you choosed any of these you can explain the same to the recruiter. But you have to present it in a confident manner. Recruiter may ask you one more question that , why it is important to you? Again you need to explain it in a proffesional manner.
