Dear Irfan
I presume that still you are working as Senior Executive Customer Care in Diagnostic Laboratory. Please request your management to change your cadre and ask for horizontal promotion in HR/Admin/Personnel Department in your organisation and gain knowledge and working experience. If it is not considered by the management then request them to give a chance to gain work experience and have an exposure in HR Work in addition to your present responsibility. Continue your work atleast for another 6 months to 1 year. Then you start applying for some other company with this work experience. Then surely you can succeed in your career change as well as gaining knowledge.
Wish you all the best.
