Hi All,
I'm doing a Proj on "Performance appraisal".

Would like to know the reason behind the prevalance of "Forced Ranking Method" in Performance appraisals. though it has been pointed that there are flaws in this particular method and there have been criticisms , but still it's a widely used tool.
Request all HR friends to share thier views.
