Gate pass authorization letter- merchandisers or export import ?
Dear seniors good day. kindly let me know there is procedure implemented for gate pass system then in case where merchandiser send docs to export import dept for processing and export import processes it then who is responsible for authorization letter for gate pass generation merchandiser or export import department? i beleive the origination is merchandiser whose material is being led out of factory so they generate gate pass. we have presently adopted a method where by gate pass will be generated by stores only. but previously for export import related material out they also had access to erp through which they would issue gate pass. regards

Should i quit my job? my manager is using me as his assistant, i sit almost idle the entire day
I am having 4 years of experience in import/export field. i changed my job before 2 months. as per job description allotted to me i am supposed to manage all import /export activities on my own. but my manager is using me as his assistant i sit almost idle the entire day.and most of the times he asks me to do some work after 6 pm. so i have to stay late at office till 9 pm. now i am tired and thinking of changing this job. is it right to change my job or should i wait for some more time notice period of 3 months after confirmation please guide.
