THough the application of MLWF Act is for employees below supervisors and not above supervisors. I am woring as HR exec. the function ofthe company is more of designing on cad, purchase-sales deprt.,H.R. finance, and is registred under Bombay Shoaps and Establishment Act.
As I know that is important to know definition of employee, its function/role from job description to decide applicability and salary.
Is said act is applicable to my company where employees who are working at the;
Senior Design Engineer
Senior Product Engineer
Senior Engineer Design
Executive HR and Admin
* We have team and team leader for those who are working on Project.
I believe that Team members are monitored,supervised by team leader as supervisor so they are (team members) are eligible for contribution to MLWF.
