Urgent:resignation during probation
Dear all one of my causin have joined one of the wll known company & have been working there for from last one month. he is not satisfied with his job profile and work culture & so wants to put the papers. in the appointment letter its mentioned that probation period will be of 6 months & also there is clause of notice period of 3months from either side. but in that notice period clause it not mentioned that whether its appicable after completition of probation or during probation also. can he able to resign on the short notice of one day or max week? or he will be liable to ocmplete the notice period in probation also? please guide. kshiti
Leave taken in probation period
Hi if any employee during probation period apply for leave without pay for 34 days for some urgent work within 3 weeks of joining. after that he get leave from hierarchy. can hr terminate him/her to cited reason that it was not allowed during probation period. kindly help. regards

Hi all i joined an it company in august and due to improper role alignment and i am not able to fit to the role i want to resign now i have bee working in this company for 2 months now and am on probation period can the company hold me for a notice period during probation period? my offer letter states this: probation/confirmation: you will be on a probation period for the 3 months. based on your performance your services will be confirmed with the company in written after 3 months. after confirmation your notice period will be for 3 months on either side. can they force me for a notice period without any clause during probation time? urgent help needed?

Dear frds please inform me if there is any law stating the notice period to be served: 1 by the employee if the employee is under probation? 2 by the employer if the employee is under probation? 3 by the employee & employer if the employee is confirmed. request for a urgent reply along with the reference of the law. best regards tina
Resignation after completion of probation period
Hi i presently work in noida with software firm ..i was on 6 month probation period from feb 15 till 31st july. so now i completed my probation period and not signed any other documents such as probation extension agreement or not accepted any letter stating permanent employed agreement... my question is that if i resign now do i need to serve any notice period bcoz my employer had 2 moth notice period while in probation but my probation period is over... thanks
