This letter has reference to the 2 months salary arrears being payable to our Junior Accountant, Mr. xxxxxx, who is on deputation to my branch for the past 3 months. In the second month of deputation he had his salary incremented to Rs. 10000 from Rs. 7000. The two month's arrears comes to Rs. 6000. Hence I kindly request you to approve the release of the arrears along with his this month's salary.

Convayance : Rs.800 is fixed, even if you pay more under convayance component IT will calculated only for Rs.800*12Months.
Medical : Rs.1250/- is fixed, even if you pay more under Medical reimbursement IT will be calculated only for Rs.1250*12Months.

Tax is applicable on gross salary,there will not be any statutory deductions except PT. Hene Advisor's Gross will be Rs.200/- more than net and CTC will also be the same as gross as there are no employer contributiuons.
