Good Evening Anish!
The general format of such official letters/correspondence can be obtained from the net. The matter would be as below.
Dear Sir,
This letter has reference to the 2 months salary arrears being payable to our Junior Accountant, Mr. xxxxxx, who is on deputation to my branch for the past 3 months. In the second month of deputation he had his salary incremented to Rs. 10000 from Rs. 7000. The two month's arrears comes to Rs. 6000. Hence I kindly request you to approve the release of the arrears along with his this month's salary.
Hope you'll do the needful for the above request to be effected.
Yours faithfully,
Let me know if you need further help.
