Dear Sagar,
I request you to make draft of letter on your own and upload it here. Some senior like me will correct it. If you don't try then how will you improve? Don't worry nobody will laugh at you. Not doing anything is worse than doing something with errors!
Roughly, your draft should cover the following information:
a) When is the marriage and when will it be solemnised?
b) Why you require 20 days leave and why not less? Will you ask for any supplementary leave after your leave for marriage (for obvious reasons)?
c) What is your leave balance?
d) To whom you propose to handover charge of your duties during your absence?
Ok...

Hi ,
just write a simple letter requesting for leave along with mentioning the reason for your own marriage ceremony/celebration. No need to put more effort in this..Hope you already have informed your Boss/Superior verbally about it which is also important.
Otherwise, you can visit to 4hb.com - For Home and Small Business or Mr. Google
