The interviewer has fair commments about experience as staffing and recuritment executive, administration experience is not a part of the HR. If you want to continoue you career in HR then it is best option to join as staffing and recruiting executive.
well as per my knowledge and experience admin is also a part of hr . It covers under hr generalist profile. Yes off course if u r going for staffing and recruiting executive then administration experience doesn't have any meaning.so i would suggest you better try and appear for hr generalist role with manufacturing firm then your 11month expeirence will count.

Still I have some confusion, let me clearly write with example.
In the scenario that now I join in any staffing & recruiting firm as a executive and after some time (say for e.g. after 6 months or more) when ever i would like to apply for other HR executive position, the third firm will be considering my exactly 11 months HR generalist experience only or total consolidate experience?
