Hello sir,
I am rupinder from chandigarh and here i am doing a job as a hr executive but i have an another offer from other company for the hr generalist but i have no more knowledge about hr generalist. i have only know the recruitment process and selection process. No knowledge about pay roll, appraisal etc. Then should i ggo for this interview or not.

Dear Mr.Rupinder,
First of all my suggestion is to attend the interview, if you don't have the knowledge about generalist better to attend the interview, atleast you willl have the exposure and if it clicks ok if not you can continue the present job.
Regards - kamesh

Hi Rupinder,
This is completely your call. With new job comes new responsibilities. Discuss with the consultant and understand the roles and responsibiluties better and think through. If you are confident enough that you'll be able to take-up the challenge and will be able to sail through the interview and further would be able do justice to the job, then go for it.
Think wisely.. Gud luck !!

Hi rupinder,
you take this opportunity with both hands. When ever you are going for interview just collect all the information from the cite hr itself about the profile and then go for interview ,it will surely boost your confidence and then you will succeed in interview.also take a brief look about the company profile becuase hr genrelist job differ from company t company.
Wish you a great success.

Thanks sir,
for giving such advice but sir i miss this opportunity now where i am working they also give me this kind of work so i learn more things and in future if i got again this kind of profile then definitely i will give the interview and your cite hr helps me more and i like this most thanks sir once again.

Dear Rupinder,
Great. You have taken first step to get out of YOUR comfort zone.First of all, go with positive frame of mind.
So what if you have no experience of certain facets of HR field. You can always learn. It is not difficult to handle once you get over your initial hesitation.
Thats the way to go.
Good luck.

Dear Rupinder,
There is nothing that one cannot handle, so, go for the interview with +ve attitude. Just remember one thing that the person who builts his own road never faces a roadblock. just try to come out of your comfort zone and grab the opportunity.
Wish u very good luck for the same.
