I have given proper resignation & served 30 days notice period which was on 7 days as mentioned in Appointment Letter. Also I have submitted all the handover as my shared XL sheet with my director.
But I have not received Relieving Letter, Experience certificate with my dues (2.5 months salary with incentive).
I have sent mails many times to Directors & HR Manager.
Please suggest me what I have to do?

Hi, just ask them what they r up to and just tell them about the legal thing,find a police station near by the give a formal complaint.
