dHello everyone
my name is Ashfaq completed MBA (HR) & Am fresher but I have worked part time in retail sector since last 5 year so now I am getting offer in retail sector not in hr tell me what can i do.

If you are MBA in HR by choice and not by chance, choose recruitment job, coz working in retail that too in non-hr is of no-worth if you want to make career in HR.

Dear Ashfaq,
Job in a consultancy at initial level is a good decision , it gives you good exposure of recruitment for various industries and companies for varied profiles. Also, you can move towards corporate gradually . But , it takes 'time'.

1) Your approach for Talent Acquisition? What are various tools for Talent Acquisition?
2) What will be your approach towards Head Hunting?
3) How will you calculate Cost per Hire? Or other Recruitment Metrics?
