Sir, i really need your help, as i found your sharing and postings very knowledgeable , so i am hoping a good suggestion from you, which will help me in taking a right decision......
"i want some suggestions, actually i am doing a job in a co. as a counselor, but i want to make my career in hr profile. my prob is i gave interview in my co. for counselor but according to my qualification they gave me appointment letter of hr executive but now they are sending me in field to do marketing for their product, they want I'll do some marketing and then counsel the walk-ins, i cant leave the job as my self conscious does not allow me to do so because training and all formalities have done with me. the co. has taken a franchisee of a product and for that i was selected and there is no one in the team of that franchisee. but i cannot see any growth in this co. with my interest of profile"
