Hello everyone,
Currently, I am incharge of operations for a start-up company and would need to know standard HR requirements/checklists applicable to any organisation.
Advice on HR policies, strategies would also be appreciated.

Recruitment - After selection Background verification before offering, acceptance of Offer Letter.
Joining Formalities- Joining Form, PF & ESIC form (if applicable), 6 Passport size photographs, 10th, 12th, Graduation / PG marksheets and certificates, Degree, Address Proof, ID Proof, Previous Company's appointment letter, resignation, experience letter, salary slip/certificate, Training Certificates (in any), PAN Card copy (if do not have it then acknowledgment of PAN Card Application)
Design Induction & Orientation Program
HR Policies & Processes: Depends on the type of industry [Salary Releasing Dates, Attendance & Leave, Appraisal, Reference Reward (optional), Grievance Redressal, Extra Working, Local Conveyance, Mobile Allowances, Tour & Travel Claims, Claims Releasing Dates] etc.
