Yes it is very meaningful Men Hours per ton it focus on cost of men hours per ton, it gives and idea to managment to make costing and further deciosn it hsld not higher than 1.5%, Training men hours is required becuase in ISO / TS certification it is mentiond that training shld be adequate to fulfill the crietea it is recorded it also focus areas in which traiing is provided and it shuld match training need analysis in order to train people on job so that quality and productivtiy both can be maximed. Employee coverage is reqauired to ensure social security measures whether taken proper coverage may be in legal and stautory provisions such as PF,ESI,LWF, Bonus,GPA etc. Coverage also provides idea for proper protection and safeguard of employees.
