please let us know that is there any criteria for annual calculation of casual & sick leave as like earned leave calculation ? Since we provide 7 cl & 6 sl in last year without any criteria ???

Please let me know how to calculate cl & sl (7sl & 7cl) In a year? if he/she join mid of the year and mid of the month how many leaves intitled to her/him? how many days cl & sl will be raised on cocern employee's counter follow?

No need of calculation for CL and SL. It is fixed leave for a year. Every body will get it. If any body joined in meddle of the year then only u can calculate for propotionatly

Sub-calculation of casual leave and sick leave
If you are an establishment covered by the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act 1946, the model standing orders of your state will contain a provision on casual leave . You can follow it .For example, the model standing orders under central rules appended to the Standing Orders Act 1946 allow casual leave upto ten days in a calendar year and not more than theree days at atime while the Sales Promotion Employees Act permits 15 days in a calendar year.
As regards sick leave, it is permitted with wages subject to a certain limit in a calendar year.
You can frame your own policy on casual leave or sick leave with better terms. You can also search google for any source of guidance to frame a leave policy on such matters.
