I am Sara, i completed my B.E(CSE) in 2005 batch , for the past 5 years as i am working as TL for Non voice process. suddenly i got an idea of doing M.E (CSE) in any reputed college after completing M.E , I am planning to go in teaching field.But still i am not in clear position to take a good decision.so any of my seniors give me a suggestion

Sara, you have 5 long years of working experience as a TEAM LEADER and have completed your ME, and now you are thinking about TEACHING …Well I don’t think this is an idea and you should not think over this. I wud suggest you to continue with your profession and according to your educational background. To go with Teaching I don’t think you will judge with your own skills, Education and your time that you have spent. By the way I wanna know the reason why you are thinking over this ..why you wanna go with Teaching while you can get a good job according to your education qualification and skills with any of MNC or big company with reputed position, emoluments and growth and many more things but not with this TEACHING. Hope you do understand this.

i have not finished M.E ,I am planning to do this year,
i taught of searching in other MNC JOBS, but what is the problem here is i have not updated my programming language skills, for the past 5 years i have gained knowledge in handling non voice process, Few MNC are not taking B.E Candidates.

hmm in that case you need to join any reputed institute to update your programming skills and also this will give you more knowledge and experience with freshness and as you are still Studying, you must not think over this TEACHING profession. You need to go with which is related to your education background and have good knowledge. The most important thing is that you are doing ME and you have interest in it i suppose.
