Please explain no.of hr departments and daily work pattern from hr-job fresher to senior.

I still on finding job.But i want to know how many HRs in an office?
I mean how many senior hrs and how many hr trainees(freshers) working under him?
I did read the link of job description.
But for example: I get a hr job in consultancy,what work i should do from the 1st day to last day of month.
Hope you understand what i want to know?.

Dear,
It depends on the organization. Generally in the organization there are HR officers, HR executives, Sr HR executives, Asst Manager, Manager and HOD
Profile is distributed:
1. Recruitment
2. Training & Development
3. Pay Roll
4. Attendance & House Keeping
5. Liason with Government agencies for PF, ESIC and other legal matters
So there are 3 parts Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement/Employee Retention

thank you harshu07, i heard that new hr employee have to start with 4th optional work.And generally no newcomers are not be allowed into the payroll section.It’s true?

Yes dear fresher needs to be train for payroll otherwise they cn handle recruitment, employee relations and employee welfare activities..
