Dear Senior Members, I am working as a HR & Admin Assistant. My current boss has asked me to prepare a fact sheet which could be shown to the candidates who apply to our company for job and as per him the fact sheet have to be very much interesting to the candidates.
I am kind of stuck not knowing where to start. Need your urgent help...

If I am not wrong the details could be about the manpower, their continuation, equal opportunity, career growth, facilities available, the policies which are supporting the employees like Higher education policy / marriage loan / house loan / mobile policy / two or four wheeler loan / company medical claim ( health insurance coverage ), manpower retention techniques,

Process of obtaining employee feed back, implementation of emnployee suggestions, data of attrition, employee engagement etc.

All the above information is to be kept accessable to the new entrants / to present in the job melas / share with students in the colleges etc.,

The fundamental is the data need to be provided if every thing is positive otherwise it gives a negative impact. For example the attrition rate in the similar industry across India is 15% and your industry is 22% then it gives a negative impact to the new incumbant.

The information should be with pie charts / comparative statements etc.,

Pl. wait for the feed back from our other seniors also and work out.
