Hi friends,
I have joined X company on 02.01.2011. My appointment letter says that you have to serve min 1 year service, failing which various recoveries will occur..
Now question is, this service means from joining to resignation date or joining to relieving date ..
Please clarify urgently..
Thanks,

From India, Mumbai
