Dear Mr.Rana,
Refer to your query on submission of Annual Returns to RPFO Office, you can approach directly to the concerned RPFO Office/SRO Office to obtain the model format of particulars in a CD. Accordingly you will prepare Annual Returns and submit the same to PF Authorities to obtain PF Account Slips with out delay.
