Please let me know that what is the criteria of submitting labour welfare fund in Maharashtra for Mining Company and also for Container Freight Station (CFS) Company i.e.
1) Minimum how many staff required?
2) Who all are covered ( for e.g. below Asst Manager or else any other designation)?
3) Just want to confirm does non applicablity of ESIC in company lead to non appilicability of LWF(This has been told by labour offier during renewal of S&E)?
