There is many important role of HR in hospital as important as in corporate n MNC company. The same principle, mechanism are using in hospital. Healthcare industry is growing rapidly, HR is the demand of hospital.

Can you help me in designing the organisation structure since you are working with a Hospital as per the information below, 2 What should be experience level of each position for efficient functioning of the Hospital ?

Request from Senior HR professionals in Reputed Hospitals,
I am looking for ideal orgainisation structure for 350 beded new General cum Cancer Hospital in India. which should show clear reporting relationship. The whole system will report to 2 Executive Directors.
The major Departments are
Clinical Department
Medicine/Paediatrics (2 Units) - 2 Consultant, 2 Jr. Consultants, 2 Sr. Consit and 5 jr Residents
General Surgery (2 Units) as above incld. Surgeons
Neuro Surgery-Sr. Consultant+ Sr & Jr. Residents
Orthopaedics -Sr. Consultant+ Sr & Jr. Residents
Plastic Surgeory-Sr. Consultant
Urology - Consultant
Cardiology
Cardiac Surgery
