If Employee puts his resignation due to salary problem. After retainting he not getting such a salary hike, as he has a rights to change the job or not ?
If he is having good opportunity from another organisation & previous company not allowing him to go.
There is need to provide 1 month notice period or 15 days notice period or notice period is not required, please suggest.
The candidate left the job with 1 day notice. Can we call him Absconding Candidate ?
Weather he is applicable for F & F, Pf & other dues or not ?
