Please do not waste your time in asking here and there for collecting the secondary data for your research. Approach your college Admin Office and ask them to issue a letter stating that you are a research student and perusing your Ph.D. in _____ subject, hence you want to collect some data regarding HR in Air India / Jet Airways. You may be permitted to do your research in their office.
If your University refuses to issue any letter then be brave enough and directly approach the Highest Post person in that office and ask him/her to permit you to do your research work as part of your Ph.D.

Thanks for the Advice, the purpose for asking here n there was just this much that i wanted 2 save my expenses, if i could get the project frm online source, much of my cost will be saved, like expenses of travelling to mumbai, staying there n taking leaves from my institute in which salary of almost 15 to 20 days would be deducted.
But really its useless to search in this way. May in month end will go self n collect info.

You need not to travel upto Mumbai. You can even check at Delhi or even at Jaipur itself with Airport Authority of India.
Please try from there and if not possible plan for travelling.

From Airport Authority of India, you will get information about their policies and not that of Air India or Jet Airways. Approach right person at right place to get right information.

If you approach the AAI, surely they will guide you and give some tips about how to approach and whom to approach (Not names but only the Portfolio of the concerned authority) in that office.
As a matter of fact, our friend needs some clue to start collecting the primary information for her research. If we give some edge of the thread then she can catch hold of the thread and reach her destination.
That's the reason I told her to approach the AAI. They may even route her to AI and Jet Airways Office in Local area itself, instead of directly approaching at Mumbai or Delhi.

Sir I have visited Jet airways office located in airport premises of jaipur, but they have no such knowledge regarding training facilities for outsiders, they only had experienced there own Induction training programs related to job.One senior member guided me to approach Delhi office, he also gave me a mail id of some HR over there, but no response is available.
Now i have only one option left with me is to visit delhi office once and ask for permission to conduct research.
Because any how i need to complete thesis before 30th April and the primary data collection work till feb. end.
I have set my objective but not yet cleared my route map.........

I do not want to give you false hopes and, rather, prepare you for disappointments. I have had problems when doing my projects. Let this be a lesson for others; not to choose projects without doing groundwork about whether they can get access to primary data. It's highly unlikely that you will get permission even when you visit Delhi office.

Its just i was facing the problem of proper guidance in regard to collection of primary data collection sources, now i am clear that i will have move and collect the data.
You are saying that airlines will not disclose there policies, sir if this might be the case then no student had ever made assignment and projects on HR topics of any company. Being a student of MBA i had made Project report on GSK induction policy, for every student HR policies are disclosed by the department.
I need guidance from seniors, so please don't unnecessarily misguide me.
