I am Chitra, working for Multi National Company in Pune and recently shifted to HR field. (around 1.5 yrs)
I am a great fan of your Thought of the day. It helped me and my employees to work on personal development as I used to forward your thoughts to them.

Thank you for the posting, i think Mind = Technology and People = Soul. It depends on the scale of company, if you could not have enough money to afford the cost of technology but you have good process with people, your ogranization is also good.

A good ppt.
If you are considering any improvisation, may I suggest
that HEART has to be put in both.
I agree that the Soul or ATMA is far superior to other parts of the body
and it is Indestructible as well.
Yet a HEART would bring even an atheist into your fold !!!
On the whole an excellent idea to make every one understand.
