Thanks a tonne once again for providing a simplified skill matrix even for the Multimedia industry.
It was really a task for me to define one so simple and yet with an ability to encompass all for the employees in my current organization which deals with designing softwares, and I was really clueless how would I go about the task.

- I believe this matrix can form a part of the JD as well.
- What should be frquency of updating the skill matrix in case of technical and support functions too?
- Can you pls send an example and Matrix for behavioural skills too.
