HR CORE GENERAL
Dear Padmini,
Aren’t you ashamed of putting up this forum as hr, if a employee leaves organization in mid its complete fault of the organization, as your policies are not working and growth friendly, it also shown by the discussion point, organization must look the problems of the employee not create for them. I think you didn’t mention the whole scenario in which walk off of the employees happens. In my carrier of 30 years I never had seen such happening. First figure out organization structure and be good on moral values.

Dear sir,
I got selected in one company. Intially they are asking me to deposit money for mutual agreement.I have deposited 50000/ in bank. Agreement will be if i left the organization with out any intimation they have a authority to take that money. As per the agreement after completing the one year i have a authority to take that money.
Problem is:
I am sales person and i need to sell the software to hospitals and diagnostic centers.
But they are putting unreasonable pressure on me and they are trying to send me out. If i am asking that money they are telling me we will go legally and they are trying to me in the prison. Not only me lot of the employees suffering with the same problem.
Can you tell me the what are the ways to collect money from them.

All affected employees should join hands and take action.
First speak to the company and see whether any change in attitude can be brought about.
Then
Go to labour officer of the area and bring to his notice, the way company is treating them.
But remember that the company may respond by terminating the ring leaders.
But there is no easy way to force your company to follow ethical and labour friendly practises.
