i am working in a manufacturing company this is a new experience for me , i need info regd deputation allowances is this become a part of salry or not,
if it is possible transfer of a employee in delhi to haryana , so for this which guideline is essentials for follow for the same, and also need format for given deputation allowances to that employee .

Better to keep the deputation allowance seperately and don't include in CTC. You can pay it seperately or else on voucher or you can pay along with salary every month because you don't know how may days / months / years he will be there on deputation.

It is a deputation or transfer, if you are transferring then you add some amount in his CTC and transfer for this you need to give a transfer letter and transfer.

It it is a deputation then you have to pay the deputation allowance which should not be part of CTC and in the letter you should clearly mention that the deputation allowance shall be paid till he / she continues in that particular area and shall be withdrawn if he happens to rejoin the present place.

You may be having the appointment letter in that you might have mentioned that the employee can be transferred anywhere in India basing on the organizational requirements, quoting that clause you have to prepare a letter, hand over, obtain his signature and transfer / depute.
