Hi all i am running a sales and customer service training company in dubai. my newest clients are looking for a level 1 and a level 2 for customer service for advanced participants. these participants are already working a while in their posts in the airport. i am looking to buy or pay royalties for a training program that can be advanced customer service for retail ie. airport that could have a few levels so more advanced participants will not have to learn the basics again. please let me know if you are willing to sell or get royalties for a quality content. ppt training notes and potential student notes would be expected. thank you jennifer
