Dear Candidate,

I agree with Rajeshwari.

The World is not so small.

We all are human being. We do response on external or internal stimuli because we have complex nervous system.

You were received first stimuli from three years back. At that time you didn't response accordingly. As a result you feel first pain. Then next and again. If you respose properly than this situation will never come.

My friend you didn't marry with your organization. Why so late?As I told you earlier the World is so big , there are lots of opportunity which would comes in front of you knowingly or unknowingly.By dint of your hard work ,high confidence, dedication, honesty, skills and diligence you will certainly win over the corporate race. Time never stop. So you would never stop your indomitable spirit.Don't be afraid about your current situation. Face the situation. Gather the knowledge and win the race. This is your big time to proove your capability and your importance to other Organization.

Definitely believe me if you never do wrong or harm other you never be in danger for so long.

Try and try untill you win the race.

Be possitive, go to the good consultancy services , prepare youselve for your comming interview and grab the oportunity.

A Rahaman

Dear Vidita,
Your post clearly shows that your management is not interested in keeping you. In the last three years what efforts did you make to find out why your management was not satisfied with you?
Your post is your perception. We need to know the other side of the story as well. Unless we know that no specific comments can be given.
There was similar post earlier. You can check my following comments:

If an employer is disliking you, there may be some performance related issues or you may be lacking to their expectations. In this era of performance based, you need to introspect. No employer will go soft corner since because you are married and have 2 children. In case, some biased interests are playing against you, better quit as suggested by some members.

Hello Vidita,

Like Dinesh mentioned, you haven't mentioned the efforts you put-in in the past 3 yrs to know the reason(s) why the Company has treated you the way they did.

But, frankly, going by what you mentioned, I think you need to change A LOT if you wish to secure your future career--especially since you have 2 kids to look after. Let me explain.

When you had a meeting with the Mgt after your transfer, you 'orally' seem to have only requested to be retained @ the current location. Did you make any attempt to KNOW THE REASONS for the transfer? And even if you did, they obviously didn't give any clear reasons--did you ever think 'why'?

Like Pon mentioned, pl introspect. To err is human--so you must have done something that created the present situation(s)--knowingly or unknowingly. Pl learn to take responsibility for your actions--it's easy to shift the blame/responsibility of the consequences of one's actions on others--but in the long-run, that ALWAYS turns-out to be more expensive [not necessarily financially] than the easy way out, which you seem to have been accustomed to in life [pl don't think I am blaming you--quite often one's earlier experiences contribute in a big way for his/her behavioural patterns later in life]. But it's never too late to change.

All the Best.

Dear Vidita,
You have built a stable employment history. At your interview, when your next employer will see you salary, since past few appraisals, they would ask you, to share the reason.
Please stay focused on the learning you gained and mark it as your takeaways. The stagnant salary is a price for the learning you gained there. Right from managing a new location, challenges to work away from the core team and expertise gained while balancing both work and home is priceless. Connect those skills with the requirement of your new role.
Please keep the discussion positive and show no resent for your ex-employer. It will present your tenacity to remain focused and value learning.
May you soon find the right role where your effort is valued. God bless you !
