I need the clarity on one thing.. in our company we are entitled for SL, CL, EL. CL & EL can be encased in the year end if not availed.
Last year end we have found that the higher management are getting the EL getting converted into SL even they have availed the EL.As per the policy the leaves taken in continuation for 3 days will be considered as EL.
Nowwhere in the policy it is mentioned that any of the leaves are inter convertible.
Is it is possible ,kindly clarify if anybody is aware of such thing.
