Dear hr gurus i am working in a software company as hr executive.in my company employees are not satisfied as they are not getting the salary on time infact some of the employees have not got the salary from 2 or 3 months and there are employees in sales and support deptt. who get the salary on time or people who request for the salary but they also tells other employees that they have received the salary now it create discrimination among the employees whose salary is pending since 2 or 3 months.i have discussed this issue with the management but management is saying as there is shortage of funds so it is not possible to release the salary in one shot so we will give the priority to the person who is requesting for the salary and they are currently not in a position to release the salary on time.my management tells me that this is the challenging task to you and you have to convince the employees and give us suggestion that we will definitely implement. now hr gurus i am in a dillema:confused: that what suggestion to give to the management and how to motivate the employees who are highly dissatisfied. i need you valuable guidance in this regard. thanks and regards sonia

Hi friends as we are learning more and more from the hr gurus management gurus profession i feel there is some void in the approach of hr heads of organisations. there is a very thin line seperating from right attitude and wrong attitude right decision and wrong decision humane nature and inhumane nature. in this competitive environment what should be the real attitude of an hr head of an organisation? for the benefit of the organisation employees and the business what right attitude one should have? i am sure lot of our learned members of cite hr can throw lot of light on this looking simple subject but i am sure this is not a simple subject awaiting your valuable views on this subject. srinaren
