Dear All,
let me know about the appraisal. Wt is appraisal, wt is a process of appraisal and mainly wt is 360 degree appraisal. Actually i went to an interview there, it was asked to me that wt is 360 degree appraisal.
Dear all it is persanally requested to all that please let me clear the concept of appraisal and send the relevant form of appraisal.

360 feedback means a feedback from everyone around an employee.
1) Feedback is taken from subordinates/colleagues/juniors/senior/customers/ to ensure that the person is assessed in a proper manner.
2) The numbers 360 resembles a circle with a employe inside it showing that the feedback is taken from the entire employee surroundings.
3) It also includes a self-assessment.
The most flexible and best way to assess a employee. Can be molded easily as per the industry need and requirements.
