Dear seniors,
I want to share something & want your opinion on this.
We are going to celebrate company annual day. On this occassion we are planning award function. for this I hav planned in two categories, 1. managerial
2. other.
For other employees I hav prepared some criterias which will be rated from their
managers.
For managerial employees I am planning voting system from other employees. some nomination will be given to the employees for this.
Is this good /practical idea?
Or u will suggest another way?
I am confuse. Plz reply soon.

Hi Sanika,
this is good for award distribution for the employess due to anual day of your comapny. please go through the performance appraisals methods in HRMS. it will give some idea. voting method its very nice and great. coming to my opinion get 360 degree appraisals.

This is not just good but a wonderful idea even to celebrate your Company Annual Day..
You can include some Quiz and other cultral events such as Singing, Dance, skit/Mad ads, 30 seconds to fame, DC, Photography and other games too
