i have completed my
now i am in mba 3rd sem.....
i am facing a problem with selection of minor subject......
i am taking hr as major sub......
tell me the scope of systems...... in real time..... how will it helpful for a hr manager......

Can you let me know what are the other optional subjects who have ?
Systems is def. a good choice but if you have marketing that would make a better chemistry with HR .
Let me know the other electives your offered.

If you are planning to pursue your career in HR then i would suggest that HR and Marketing would make a good chemistry.
The reason for taking marketing is that , Marketing as a subject will teach you the various kind of customers , their attitude , their behaviour and also how to handle different kind of people. When you pursue your career in HR specially in recruitment you will meet different kind of people with different attitude and behaviour.
Also marketing tells you how to sell your product and the skills required for that , when the same is applied to HR( Recruitment) who will have to learn how to sell your company and the Job oppurtunity you have to the candidate.
Marketing develops Interpersonal skills which is very important in the field of HR .
I would suggest you can go for marketing as your 2nd elective which makes a better combination with HR.
