Pls guide me
I am working as hr executive in manufacturing concern . we are not having any hr erp.
1. is software programming skill is required for a hr professional in today scenario?
2. will it help in career enhancement?
3. if so, which language/software should i learn?
HR people need not know about programming skills, but we should aware of functionality of application what we use, that may be ERP or any application. HR people will get trained on application before use.
