Dear kulkarnidhanashree,
the above said note is absolutely wrong....!!! HR is not a liability.. bec HR is a more responsible and sensitive field.. so u shud make prepare urself for shining in the HR field.. set ur focus in on ur goal...
but there are some exceptional.. that is one who treats as liability there wont be any productivity.. so u just leave that cases.. think positive.. u can definitely achieve a bright career in HR field..
my best wishes to u...........

Dear Team
That's right now a days that HR is being treated as useless deptt. without gaining, earning and without any productivity deptt in the organisation. But think from starting when any organisation needs staffing, manpower, rules, regulations, policies, staff motivation, less attrition, to retain the good and old staff HR plays a critical role, but after that when the things are set then some management thinks that this deptt is not useless, unproductive and burden on the organisation.
May be I am wrong but being in HR since 1988 this is my experience which I am sharing with you guys.
Kindly comment on this please.
