Hi Nayana
Firstly you should know about the company budget then you can plan according that like a amusement park, a trip in some resort and plan for some activities or plan for a get to gether by cutting a cake by your company's director.

Hi Nayana
that will be a very grt idea you can do one thing you can divided the person into two- three teams and tell them to make an advertisement this is the one game then you can put blind fold, dog in the bone, musical chairs or something in memecre and arrange the gifts according that you can put drum shal arts.
