I am currently working as Data Entry Executive in a well known company, for 15k. And I have a new job offer, the new company is not a well known company. but they are offering me 10k and a better Designation which is an Office Assistant. And the company I am currently working there, It's financial condition is not so good, I get my salary after 10, aur 20th of every month. and currently i am doing MBA and because of my current job I can afford MBA fees but If i join the other company I wont be able to afford MBA fees. What to do ?

Well first thing is that you need to recognize your interest of field according to you career prospect and qualification. Salary doesn’t matter at the stage where you still are searching yourself in this regards
You are presently working as a Data Entry Executive which is nothing and can never be count as your past experience therefore I wud say that you must change your field but what exactly you are going to do there.. Office Assistance, are they offering you this for general office and other administrative work or what?
It wud be better to get a job which will give you a right path and help you in establishing yourself according to your qualification, your aim of life and career.
Second, about MBA fee, you can manage somehow but the important thing is to get a right path and a right start of career. Personally I feel that you should not continue with your present employer and this Data Entry or Computer Operator kind of jobs are nothing and you are not doing anything which will help you in your career or give you a good or relevant experience ..and its just a wasting of time..

I know this Data Entry Job will not count in experience and wont be beneficial for me but the thing is, the Company I am currently working in, will give me some increment about of Rs. 2000 in two or 3 months. and probably will give me a better designation like Office Executive or Jr. Accts. Manager, that is why I dont want to leave this company. And the reason to give me increment and better position is, I am working here since July, 2010, for more than 1.5 years and havnt got any Increment yet. and as per the policies of this Company, they give the increment on every year, and some time before that depending the performance of employee. But if you talk about my performance. I never been Late or Absent since I joined this company, and I am not only responsible for Data Entry, I work here as QA Executive, I listen the Sales' calls and rectify the miscommitments by our end, manage MIS, give salary cheques, cordinate with clients of the company regarding the feedbacks of Sales, emailing,

One thing I don’t understand that if you are hoping to get a good increment and senior post soon and you found the reasons for this too, you happy with your work and job, and as you also dont wanna leave this job then why are you raising this question. Just bcz that you have never considered for your appraisal. It doesn't matter what company policy says in this regard but if your Boss and Supervisors are not happy with your work and performance, might be the reason that you didn't get increment last year..
Well after all these, i wud say that you shud continue your job here and you don’t need to think over this change now and just stick to it and forget all other things.
