Dear Mr. Vijay
Start setting right everything from the TOP. Automatically everything will be set right as you move down the level in the HIERARCHY.
Its your management's responsibility to brief every employee about the objective of hiring them. They need to concentrate on their GOALS/TARGETS and PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES leaving their EGO & DIRTY POLITICS @ bay.
Why are worried? Involve your management to sort our your organisations issues. I hope your management is ALIVE. Everything will be fine pretty sooon.
With profound regards

I would call him in, explain attitude problems and how I would like them to be. Then give him 3 weeks to change his attitude or go look for another job. Dr. Horn

Dear Aries Vijay,
First of all, I feel there may be errors in this particular employees attitude and he is neither a wrong attitude nor bad attitude person. Nobody on earth has cent percent good / right attitude. Probably situation would have made him / her to react in a different manner unexpectedly. THE PERFECT STUDY OF MANKIND IS MAN. So my only suggestion is that you can handle this employee on a humanitarian basis. Some employee react in a different manner when they feel that their services are under utilised. Just keep this also in mind.
