Dear Seniors
please help me out in this regard as my company is not providing any kind of leaves . As I am new to this company he told me to do the same thing I told him that this is complete violation according to labour dept. but he is not convinced.
please help me out by providing leave rules or some examples which i can show him.
please indicate merits & demerits of providing leave

Dear Amit Sharma,
If the leaves rules are to be enforced by the Labour Deprtment then approach your area Labour Inspector & ask him to implement the statutory leaves applicable in your case.

It's good to implement policies in organisations. In small scale industry it is difficult to implement but if once implemented it will be helpful to you and organisation in respect of taking decision etc. Before implementing policies consider to whom policies will be applicable and what is the purpose of policies.
