Dear Pawan,

It's all depends on your own choice. You've to ask within yourself, what U want ? There are more than one view.

If you are really need more money, select accordingly.

If you want to gain knowledge better select a smaller co. with your owner by yr.side, as U would gain a lot in a smaller co. where U'll be able to work in all the depts., U'll have liberty to mix and match with all the top bosses of your contemporaries. U'll gain confidence to rise above all, to show yr.mettle & manage any situation within a shorter period. Who knows U'll have the chance of becoming either a partner in the same co. or U'll have your own.

On the contrary, if U wish that U should be identified with big names, then no hesitation yr.choice is going to be brand name. With this U can get the reqd recognition and fame. Get a better better-half and all, but u'll hardly have the liberty of gaining overall knowledge, you'll have to work in a particular allotted area only at times, may be it may take comparatively longer time. At the same time your CTC also going to be fatter.

Apply your mind, analyse & arise.

All the best.

Hi Friends and Seniors,
Thanks to all for your suggestions and replies, I have Cleared my Interview.I have given the answer with my all emotions and he had really appreciated this. my answer was" A owner of a company is the real brand ambassador of the co., only an owner has ability to take his business from a small unit to a large firm with his vision and if people like me get chance to work with owner, its like a father hold his son's finger and show him the way where to go and how to go to get the destiny. In short i want to work with the owner sir, with you sir."
Hope you all like my answer.
Thanks and regards
