I highly appreciate your help for the below issue
we are industrial company operate for 24/7 , we have Punch machines
I need your help to guide me how Could I control the daily attendance in the fastest time ( By software or excel Sheet )
The working hours as below :
Normal working Hours
Week End on Friday
Shift Roaster Working Hours
6 days on , 2 days off
for the 6 days ( 2 days morning , 2 days evening , 2 days night )
Time Table for the shift attendance
Morning shift 7:00 am to 3:00 Pm
Evening shift : 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Night shift : 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
2 days off and so on
what are the best solution for me , so I can follow the attendance record

Jst contact your payroll software vendor & they will dwfinitely guide you to purchase another punching machine in which the in & out data could be kept seperately. You jst need few workout on your software & everything gonna b all right....

My problem not in the payroll system , my problem I need a Good software can let me follow the daily attendance record for all staff

you need to customise some part of the software as per your contact your vendor first. If they fail then I can provide you a vendor name who is from Delhi & will definately give u the solution. biomatrix device model ane manufacturer will be important to know for customization.

Apart from the software, its the internal processes you need to maintain more efficiently. Which Bio-metric machine you have at present.
You need to implement the current system properly. Most of the time, employees do not punch on regular basis.
You can use the concept of Attendance regularization. This will allow the employees to mark the attendance next day.
Do let me know the specific pain area for you. Are employees not updating on regular basis.
