Dear Ehtesham
a ) If you have knowledge with certification , You can easy enter into Tier 1 companies .
Note : If you have experienc in SAP HR , Not Mandatory do SAP HR certification .
b ) Certification is necessary to get into SAP HR ,without certification , no one will call you for the interview for entry level .
c ) Future demand is high , bec earlier Peoplesoft is demand is more for HR , But now peoplesoft merged with ORACLE , SAP is Unique Product ,no product can beat this .
d ) Getting Job is difficult at present , but you have to read lot & do exercises , Market is picking up slowly , slowly you can get a job .
