Gud morning, I have one problem in my Salary cheque.
I hav recievd a salary in Cheque( karnataka bank in bangalore), i hav put a chque in to my personal account bt cash nt credited, and also i got a msg like cheque hav been returned,
i hav called nd asked my Hr, they said collect the cheque from bank and send back to me, he will trfer monety from online.
bt my question is,the cheque in the same bank or its again retun to that karntaka bank. so kindly help me.

Normally the returned cheque might have reached to your address by post. Please check in the address, which you have given in your bank account details. You will get the cheque leaf alongwith the covering letter stating the reason for returning the cheque. With that reply you can take decision whether to approach the HR or to Court of Law.
