Thanks for the help.
But i want to know the formula for YTD. ..i.e. if i want to know the attrition percentage , Starting from April to Oct what would be the method?
For example
Headcount at the end of the month & no. of employees left for any company
April - 145- 3
May -142- 2
June-142-5
July- 147-7
Aug- 149- 7
Sep- 150-2
Oct- 152-1
Now what is the attrition starting from april till oct?
