Hi All,
I am Salma part of HR Ops team . I am currently handling Onboarding and induction activities.
I want to add some value to the work that I do in addition to my basic onboarding and induction activities.I have been planning to take a project on this for some time but I am facing a challenge on how to go about it.
I would appreciate if the seniors could help me with some valuable inputs on what project or initiative can help my organisation and add value.
Please share your inputs on all Hr Ops activities like Onboarding , Separation etc

hii, i am nt that much into onboarding. regarding separation and payroll i can give u sme suggestions
The current Pain area is that on a daily basis quite a lot of employees resign and issuance of acceptance letter is a manual activity on their last working day.
Is there a way that we can automate the process.So that employees who have got clearance from all departments get a automated mail in their mail box on their last working day.
Need help on those lines

the same issue am also facin a prob yaar. only thng wat v can do is to make some moification in ur software

prepare a check list and action plan first .. go through other companies HR policies to understand what they are drafting and how ...
understand the concept / your industry and organisation specifications / present is attractive and meaningful manner ...
i prepared induction manual and some policies as per our organisation needs.
